5 tips for getting good shopping deals this summer

Summer is in full swing and whether you’re on vacation or staying home you can get some good deals on hijab friendly outfits just by following these simple tips.

1. Look online for coupons and discounts before heading to the outlet mall. Sometimes you can find really cool deals that aren’t available in store. Also check with the concierge or information desk for a coupon booklet once you get there. They may have additional promotions.

2. Never be afraid to bargain. If you see an item you like but it looks a little worn, or needs some TLC then bring it up to the manager. Often times you can get a significantly lower price on the item.

3. Don’t shop right before a big holiday like 4th of July or Labor Day etc. Wait until afterward and you’ll hit up more sales.

4. If you find something you like that you wear regularly like jeans or a skirt and it’s at a deep discount, buy at least 2.

5. Find out what days your local TJ Maxx/Marshall’s gets their new shipment in. You can grab the good stuff before it’s gone.
